The interviewers were very kind and asked a lot of questions. They seemed more focused on my personality and how I would fit into the team. I do wish they had spent more time discussing my experience from my resume to get a better sense of me as a worker, though.
Had a good recruiter call with the buying recruiter, but after following up, I got ghosted and heard nothing back. I feel like I deserved at least a rejection email.
The interview process was really long and felt intrusive. I prepared answers for questions, anticipating a recorded response for HireVue, and spent three days choosing my outfits for the video submissions. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back after four weeks.
