It was a really long interview process. First, I had a phone screening with the DM. Then, I interviewed with a senior store manager. The third interview was a zoom call with the DM. The fourth and final interview was with someone from the regional team. I got good feedback until that last interview. After that, they totally ghosted me. They said I'd hear back in about a week, but I never did. I followed up with a thank you note and an email asking about the decision, and they told me they'd let me know shortly. But again, I never heard anything. It felt like a waste of two months, and I didn't even get a rejection.
I was contacted by a recruiter on Linked In. My phone interview with the recruiter went well and I was then connected with a store. I had two in-person interviews at the store, one with the Store Manager and another a few days later with the District Manager. These seemed to go well too. I was told I'd get an email about benefits but never heard back about a decision or next steps, which felt unprofessional given they reached out to me.
The interview process was very respectful and thorough. I met with several members of the Retail Leadership Team. Everyone was warm and shared great information about the company. The interview team also gave me insights into a new store concept they are planning to open next year.
