Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really nice and open conversation. I really enjoyed the process and it felt low pressure and comfortable. The interview took about 20-30 minutes and flowed conversationally. They're mainly looking to see if you pass a vibe check.

The interview was super relaxed and informal. We just had a casual chat about the job, my knowledge of the company, and my motivation to work there. They got back to me pretty quickly, and the whole thing was smooth and simple.

It was a quick and easy 15-minute interview. They asked about my retail/customer service experience, why I wanted to work at Anthro, and my weekly hour availability. For attire, they suggested fashionable but not over-the-top; I wore black jeans, a simple white blouse, and black boots. I was hired right after and started a few days later.
