Candidate-reported interview process

Communication was good initially, but after the interview, there was a delay in getting feedback. They mentioned they were pausing the hiring process. I wish they had provided more specific feedback.

It was a pretty relaxed interview with the store manager, followed by a phone interview with the district manager who supervises the position.

The interview process was straightforward. You just need a good eye and the ability to explain your ideas. Make sure you have questions ready, and really get to know the brand, its customers, and what the competition is up to.
