It's a video interview using HireVue, super straightforward. You get a set amount of time to prep for questions and have two chances to submit your best answer. The platform is easy to use and finish.
The interview process was a bit all over the place, but everyone at the company was really nice. The pay was lower than I expected for a company of that size, and the guidelines weren't very clear.
The interview was conducted unprofessionally on the sales floor with many people around, offering no privacy. Coming from a professional background, I was disappointed, but I suppose this is how retail interviews are done.
