Candidate-reported interview process

It was a behavioral interview using Hire View with simple questions about the company, my interest in it, the role, and how I work. There were at most six questions.

It was a really smooth interview process and the interviewer was super friendly. They did a technical and a behavioural interview, and it was a great experience overall. They asked a lot about my background and project experience.

I applied for the merchandising internship. For this role, the process was pretty standard for a retail company. I first submitted my application online, and then I got a video interview pretty quickly. If they think you're a good fit, they'll contact you to set up an online interview.
