Candidate-reported interview process

Recruiter reached out and they contacted my references right away. Only after my references cleared, they sent me an OA, which I thought was pretty difficult. I solved 3 out of 4 questions and then they rejected me.

90 minute CodeSignal as the first step; 4 questions that get more complex. Typically you implement some toy "file system" or "package manager" or "bank app" or something like that; anthropic has a pretty interviewee-friendly version (no hidden test cases etc).

Coding screen in 4 sections. First couple parts were easy enough. It got harder as you go and you can’t move on to the next stage until all test cases pass. Sadly I didn’t reach the final stage because of one test case. My score was higher than what they said was needed but I still didn’t move forward.
