basic questions and then had a live exercise that you did with others on the live call with you. it was pretty straightforward to respond to and get through by explaining yourself
You start off with a recruiter then the hiring manager. If those two go well then you go into virtual interviews with team members and stakeholders, and the last step is to meet with leadership. The recruiter rushed through the interview and barely gave time to ask any questions. It didn’t feel like they were really listening to my answers, just catching the last sentence. They didn’t seem passionate about their own company which was a bit upsetting. It felt very robotic and not very genuine.
The interviewer seemed a bit frazzled and in a hurry. They just went question after question, which didn’t feel very personable. They asked me if I was given feedback how did I improve on it? Overall it was an ok interview experience, and I could tell it’s very fast-paced and busy work.
