The interview environment was very unprofessional. An employee mentioned that staff turnover is unusually high. They also highlighted that their busy period, termed "tax season", occurs in the summer, which means working 70-hour weeks during July and August.

I had two interviews with two different people. They asked some really fair questions and were super friendly during the interviews. I felt pretty comfortable and not pressured at all by the interviewers.

The interview process was excellent and well-thought-out. Each step built on the previous interview with meaningful conversations about the role and its value to the company. It was great to speak with so many members of management to get a varied understanding of the role.
