The whole process was really well-handled and comprehensive. They gave a great summary of the role, asked good questions, and followed up excellently. It was very structured and straightforward. It started with a recruiter call, then another call with the recruiter that included a P.I., and finally a one-hour interview with the hiring manager.
I had a phone chat and then an in-person meeting with two of the team members. They called me back in under a week. It was a pretty chill interview process, and you could tell they really wanted to find the right person.
The process was automated, starting with online personality tests, followed by scheduling via text message, and concluding with a brief 15-minute phone interview. It felt very impersonal despite being streamlined. I was offered three interview times.
