Candidate-reported interview process
First, we'll have an introduction. Then, there will be two group discussions. The first one will be about anything you like, and the second one will have a specific topic. Finally, there's a written test.
I interviewed with two people. They gave me some documents about specific cases and issues that the solutions team had to solve or work on. I had to review and discuss these during the interview. They also gave me time to read them beforehand.
First, there's an online test that helps in shortlisting candidates. Those who pass this are invited for a Technical Interview. After that, there's another round of technical interviews for those who get through. Finally, if you clear the technical rounds, you'll have a Managerial Interview, and then the HR Interview to talk about salary and stuff.
