Candidate-reported interview process

It took about 5 rounds spread over 3 days to finish everything. They asked me about my education, projects I have done, and some SQL queries. They also asked why I felt this company was the best fit for me. Most of the interview covered these points.

The process was alright. Started with a recruiter chat, then a manager interview. Both were nice enough, but it seemed like they weren't super clear on the exact skills they needed.

The process was quick and the rounds were set in a timely manner. It would be better if there was more transparency about company policies and processes. Knowledge of communication and SQL is needed for the role.
