Had an initial discussion about upcoming opportunities. We talked about my experience and also Anthem's projects in the next calendar year. They are not hiring any time soon, just keeping a list of candidates so they have a ready to go list.
I had multiple long unnecessary interviews. It was 3 days of group interviews. Some interviews had only 2 people present, but others had multiple people from different departments present, making them large groups. This was not time effective or necessary.
Had 2 phone interviews, each about 30 minutes. Then, a long in-person interview where they asked a lot of questions about my past jobs and projects. They also asked for a reference, and that ended up being another interview.
