Candidate-reported interview process

They give you the questions in advance to prepare answers (about 5-10 minutes) which is extremely helpful. A committee of 5 will ask specific questions, no deviation or extras between candidates allowed.

So, first there was this test, and if you passed that, you went straight into a board interview. After that, there was another interview with the Deputy Chief of the station.

I applied by the end of my first academic year, but I didn't hear back until July or August, around the time graduating/transferring tutors were leaving. My interview was set for me to start working in the Fall semester. During the interview, I was asked a couple of conceptual math questions to check if I had a solid grasp of basic algebra fundamentals.
