It was a two-round technical interview process. They asked regular questions about my previous experience, nothing too tricky. The first interviewer is now my boss. Each interview was about an hour long. The whole thing took about a month.
The interview process started with a quick 25-minute call from another QA engineer, which was unexpected given the late hour (8 pm). Following this, I was asked to complete a test within a tight 2-3 hour window. The second stage involved a technical test, which was initially followed by ghosting. After reaching out, a late evening call was scheduled (9 pm), but the interviewer didn't show up. A third attempt to connect finally happened, though the conversation felt random. Despite the company's size, the experience was disappointing with multiple red flags.
It was an online interview with 3 rounds. The first two were technical interviews, and the last one was an HR interview. The technical rounds were focused on my problem-solving and technical skills.
