Candidate-reported interview process

I applied to Ant Group online, and the entire process took over a month. There were four interview rounds. The first and second technical interviews each lasted over an hour. The third round was also a technical interview, but it ended abruptly in less than 20 minutes, and I was informed that I had failed without any explanation. I am puzzled as to why they didn't reject me earlier if they thought I wasn't a suitable candidate. Instead, they arranged three interviews before ultimately rejecting me. This process, which spanned a month, felt like a significant waste of time.

First, there was a technical interview where you had to showcase your project and add details about it. They might ask to see your source code. Then, an hr interview to understand who you are and why you want to join this company. Finally, a confirmation interview to discuss salary.

Applied via LinkedIn, passed the recruiter screen, and then moved to the first interview which lasted for a week. Communication was quick. If your CV passes evaluation, you'll get an email from an Ant Group interviewer.
