Candidate-reported interview process

The whole thing took around two months. First, I chatted with HR, then the hiring manager on the phone. After that, they set up a group call where I had to present my recent work.

I applied online. After 4 rounds of phone interviews, I had another phone call. Then I was called for an onsite interview. It started with a presentation. Then there were some one on ones, a lunch interview, and then another 1:1. That was it.

It was a 2-round interview process. The first round focused on the fundamentals of chemical engineering courses. The second round involved discussing projects I had worked on and the basics of CFD.
