Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was great! The team was really knowledgeable and asked some solid questions directly related to the role. We even chatted about a current problem-solving challenge they're facing and how I'd approach fixing it.

The interview process started with a phone call, followed by a Teams screening. It was pretty straightforward and moved quickly, and I received an offer shortly after. The company seems great!

So there were 3 interviews in total. First, a quick 10 min screener call. Then, we had a 30 min phone call where they wanted to go over my resume. Finally, there was an hour-long technical interview. The company was pretty clear about what they needed and were looking for in a new hire!
