Candidate-reported interview process

Got an email from my school for this role. First, had a chat with HR, which was basically a sanity check. Then, a one-hour technical interview with three interviewers, mostly focused on my previous experience, and they seemed really interested in some of it.

I applied online back in August and then heard back via email in October to set up a phone interview. The person I spoke with asked me about the projects I'd worked on and what courses I'd taken. The whole call lasted about 20 minutes.

I went to a career fair at my school and got contacted the next day for the first round. The first round was about C++ basics and my resume. About two weeks later, I had the second round, which was programming-focused.
