Candidate-reported interview process

I had a 1-hour phone chat for the Testing Engineer/Co-op role. It was split into two 30-minute conversations. First, I spoke with the Senior Testing Engineer who went through all my projects and past experiences from my resume. He seemed to think I had the right knowledge and skills based on that. Then, I chatted with my future Manager, who covered the details of being a co-op at ANSYS Inc., like visa stuff since I'm an international student, and the pay. It felt pretty much like an HR meeting.

Had a few phone interviews with different people. Then an onsite with many people. They were very picky and asked wired questions. It's a small company, so I don't see a bright future working there.

It went pretty smoothly, though I wouldn't say it was super professional. Just a few steps to get through.
