The hiring process took a significant amount of time to get a response, but it was ultimately fair and the effort paid off. The interview process included at least four phone calls, a dinner with senior management, a presentation, and two in-person interviews, one held in Canonsberg, PA, and the other in Concord, MA.
It was a really long interview process. First, I met with the regional manager and did a personality and intelligence test. After I passed those initial stages, I had to meet with the division manager. Then, I had to give a team presentation. After that, I interviewed with the head of US sales and then the head of worldwide sales. It was a very thorough process, and I thought it was fair and not excessive. I actually appreciated going through the whole thing.
It was one of the longest interview processes I have ever been through. However in their defense it was a major decision for one of their largest accounts. I had interview with employees across the business globally. It is a process driven environment however the package was very good. I think this is a good company to work for.
