Candidate-reported interview process

Had an online assessment first, then two non-technical interviews with team members. The final round was about an architectural overview. They reached out fast and were really clear and helpful throughout the process.

I talked to 5 people for this role, covering HR, tech services, and software dev. The HR and tech services folks focused on behavioral aspects and seeing if I fit the role. There was a coding test I had to do on my own, and then also during a technical interview. The technical interviews covered my past experience, coding ability, architecture, design, troubleshooting skills, and how much I know about databases.

The interview started with a phone screen, then we moved to an in-person interview. During the in-person, I did a few coding tests, both written and whiteboard, with a couple of engineers. After that, I had some discussions with leadership members. It was pretty standard, nothing too unusual.
