Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was pretty straightforward. The person interviewing me was nice and asked some basic stuff about working remotely and went over my resume. It was pretty easy, short, and friendly. The interviewer also talked more about the job and what to expect. A question they asked was: Why do you want the job?

The interview process was quick, with about 2 stages. The conversation was clear and provided a good understanding of the role. An offer was extended after the final interview.

I answered some questions, and then sat in with a current agent to see if I'd still be interested in the job. They made an offer right then and there. After I accepted, they told me my schedule for the rest of the week.
