Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is pretty straightforward. They'll check your availability to see if they can accommodate your needs. It's a relaxed interview that shouldn't make you feel nervous. It might take a bit of time to actually get the interview scheduled.

It was a good process to build rapport with the interviewer to make a good first impression while answering questions. The interviewer does give insight on the company and offers knowledge on what you're going to do on a day-to-day basis.

I had to do an assessment first, then a few days later I had a zoom interview. They told me a lot of helpful stuff about the job and company, like the schedule, pay, tasks, and benefits. About a week and a half later, I was told I'd start training in a few weeks.
