There were three interview rounds. After the second round, I was given a practical task and a Right Path Assessment. Following the third interview, I received an automated email stating I wouldn't advance without any further explanation or feedback.
I had an HR call for 30min followed by a coding challenge. I was given a day for the HR talk, but the position was filled before that, so I basically didn't get to interview.
It's a three-step process focusing on cultural fit and your go-to-market (GTM) capabilities and experience. You'll meet the Head of People and Culture first, then the Head of Sales, and finally the CEO for the last step, which is a presentation of your GTM plan to the executives.
