I applied online, had a first phone call with the hiring manager, and then they invited me for an in-person interview with some people from the accounting and finance teams. After that, I didn't hear back at all.
Super disrespectful interview. They're only judging personality, not software development skills. Seems like they want minorities to look cool in the Bay Area. If you're a white man, you probably shouldn't bother with this company.
The recruiter was super unprofessional and spent most of the first chat talking about their personal stuff, which had nothing to do with the job or company. Then, after weeks of silence, they set up this 3-hour interview with no breaks. All the questions were irrelevant STAR format stuff, and I only got like 2-3 minutes to ask anything. The software leadership team seems to have only worked at weird consulting places before and are just copying interview tips from blogs. Everyone seemed bored and uninterested, and it was contagious. Pretty bummed since I was actually excited about this.
