So the interview started with this online coding challenge, it was all about solving problems using JavaScript. After that, I had a technical interview where we dug into frontend stuff, specifically HTML5, CSS3, and React. The last part was a chat with the project manager, and we talked about how I approach debugging and working with a team. It was all pretty organized and professional, you know.
The interview process was very difficult and I felt nervous, unsure about the coding test. The interview was quite long and hard with the other members. It was a great learning experience though.
The interview process was very basic because the CEO, who has a sales background, conducted it. He seemed to be looking for someone who could also work in BD sales development. I believe the CEO is a fraud and doesn't understand corporate rules. I strongly advise against applying to avoid ruining your career.
