Candidate-reported interview process

The interview experience was good. It started with a basic introduction and then moved to sales perspectives. The interviewer was very supportive and seemed to understand the candidate's situation, not just focusing on their own needs. Overall, it was a positive experience. They allowed discussion of past companies if it was relevant and accurate.

This hiring process dragged on forever, with huge delays between each step and absolutely no communication from anyone. I honestly felt like they were just looking at me as a number instead of a person they might want to hire.

The interview was pretty shallow. It was more about them explaining the company and the role. They mentioned some kind of test to find really good candidates. The first interview had poor eye contact.
