Candidate-reported interview process

I got this opportunity when I was in my 7th semester. It was a great experience because I got selected in an IT company as a fresher. I joined the company as a Junior Java Developer.

It was an easy interview and I got selected. They asked basic concepts, and sometimes coding questions during the interview. There was an eligibility criterion of at least 60% in all academic scores to apply.

First up was the aptitude test, covering logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and basic problem-solving. Then came the technical interview, checking core tech knowledge, concepts, coding, and practical skills. Lastly, the HR chat to see if I fit in, my attitude, goals, and personality.
