Candidate-reported interview process

We had an on-campus placement drive where we first took an online assessment test. Around 29 students were selected for a virtual interview, and we all received meeting links via Gmail. Out of these 29, about 15 or 14 students were then selected for another technical interview.

It was very straightforward. The interview had 3 rounds: 2 technical and 1 managerial. The technical rounds included programming questions and tool-related questions.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. First, there's a technical round that involves both technical questions and aptitude. You'll be facing MCQs and a programming exercise, and you'll have 60 minutes to complete it. After that, we'll have a group discussion, which typically lasts about 15-20 minutes per group. Then there's another technical round, lasting for 1 hour. Following that, there's a psychometric test designed to understand your personality type, and it'll take about 25 minutes. Finally, we have the HR round, which is the last stage and will take about 1 hour.
