Candidate-reported interview process

In a screening interview, a recruiter checks if a candidate is a good fit for the job and if they should move on to the next step. Sometimes, companies use an open interview instead. This usually happens at hiring events where they interview many people at once. It's a quick chat with simple questions to see if you're right for the job.

It was a long process, spanning about 6 weeks. There were different stages of interviews with different heads. The first was with the HR team, then a chat with the team, and then with the head of the unit.

Phone screening: It was really fast and the interviewer didn't talk much. But they were super patient when I asked questions. I was nervous and felt prepared, but I think I could have done better.
