Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process was really unprofessional and not well-organized. I got an offer but didn't accept it right away because I was waiting for proper clarification and next steps. Even after calling and messaging a lot, I never got a clear answer. They kept saying feedback would come by certain times, but nothing ever happened, not even a simple yes or no. This lack of communication and openness was super frustrating and makes me question their hiring methods. Candidates should really think hard before quitting their job for this company. From my experience, there's a risk of last-minute confusion or unclear situations, so it's best to make sure everything is confirmed before committing.

They asked questions on Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, microservices, and also JavaScript, React. They also asked questions on MySQL, SQL, PostgreSQL. Overall it was medium level and included two coding questions on problem-solving.
