The staff was friendly. It was multiple rounds of interviews but that's the norm for higher ed. The hiring committee made me feel comfortable asking questions and learning more about the role.

The interview process was straightforward and pleasant. The interviewer was very courteous and friendly, contributing to a great atmosphere. I had the opportunity to tour the workspace, interact with some employees, and observe the modern equipment.

The interview process involved four separate panel interviews over different dates. The panels included faculty from various departments. The final interview was conducted with the Vice President, dean, director, and lead faculty. All interviews were conducted via Zoom with video enabled. The faculty members were pleasant and approachable.
