Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process was amazing. I talked to some people to get in and had a fun time during the process. They make it simple for you. It was also an amazing experience working the job.

I sent in my application online and then got an email to set up a phone interview. They asked me mostly basic questions during the call. Towards the end, we set up an in-person interview for the following week. There, I met with a panel of interviewers who took turns asking me about my experience. Then they asked if I had any questions for them. About a week after that interview, I heard back from the company.

So there were two virtual interviews first, then we had a final interview that was in person. For the final part, I had to give a mock powerpoint presentation to a bunch of business owners about green energy initiatives.
