Candidate-reported interview process

After applying, I had an in-person interview with three admin staff. The interview was nice, and they kept me informed about the role at every step.

This interview was over Zoom because it was after COVID. There were two interviewers, and they were nice. The questions were what I expected, but the interview went a bit longer than other part-time jobs I've applied for. The pay was okay, though. The questions were pretty similar to college application essay prompts.

They have you do 4 rounds of interviews, even if you're already working part-time. You'll interview twice with middle management, once with the department head and HR, and then once with the library director.
