I applied online for a legal assistant role and got an email about 10 minutes later asking if I'd be willing to start as a receptionist. I was called back to set up a Zoom interview, and then I had an in-person interview. I met with a senior and an associate partner. The interview went well, but then I was ghosted, which was really unprofessional. I definitely won't be applying to this firm again.
The interview process was straightforward and went pretty well. It seemed like we both realized it wasn't the right fit for my experience, so we parted on good terms, but they never followed up or offered me a job.
The interview process was pretty chill and laid-back. It felt more like a conversation. I talked about different things with different people from the firm, and everyone was super nice.
