The interview process spanned about one to two weeks and included several hour-long rounds, so expect to dedicate significant time. Initially, the interview questions were quite easy, but the interviewer noticed this and significantly increased the difficulty mid-interview. Some interviewers were unprofessional and rude, frequently interrupting and offering little feedback. The interviews didn't feel conversational, which can be a red flag about the company culture.

There weren't many guidelines for interviewing candidates internally. Resumes were often shared with people not relevant to the role without considering privacy. I think leadership might be the ones leaving positive reviews.

I had an initial phone screen that was about 30 minutes, then a technical interview, and then two culture fit interviews. They all happened within a week, and the technical and culture fit interviews were about an hour each.
