I had a phone screening first, then an in-person interview where they asked more questions specific to the job. After that, we did a tour with an HR person and a lead vet tech. I got the job offer later that same day.
First I had a chat with an HR generalist for the initial screening. After that, I interviewed with the Operations director and the facilities manager. We mainly talked about building technologies and some specific managerial preferences.
It started with a phone interview that was about 30-40 minutes long, where they asked pretty standard questions and gave me an overview of the role and department. Then there was an in-depth department interview with the manager, which was virtual and had pretty standard questions overall. Finally, I had a short virtual meeting with the department director for a short interview.
