I applied through USA jobs, sent in college transcripts, had a phone call, and then submitted fingerprints and a background check. Management and HR kept in touch to help me through it all. I had a good interview experience.
Each question was worth 5 points for a total of 20 points. There were four questions and it was a test format, not a conversation. There were 3 people evaluating my answers in total, but only one of them asked me the questions and the other two were not visible on the video call.
The process started with a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a panel interview with members of the finance department who took turns asking questions. The manager for the position called me again after the panel interview to ask more questions.
