Candidate-reported interview process

After submitting my application, I immediately got an email to complete an assessment. I got a positive response right away. The next day, I had a phone interview with HR from St. Louis, and they mentioned I'd be connected with local HR. I never heard back from the local HR person though.

There was a game/aptitude test before the interview, which also served as a personality test. This test, consisting of 12 games, assessed abilities like learning and risk acceptance.

Great process and very great individual. Spent time with me to understand who I was and my skill set. Great follow up. Positive work environment. Great location for commute as well as city.
