I had a phone interview set up through Paradox AI. It was a basic pre-screening call focused on job skills. The interviewer was from HR and it wasn't a technical interview. After that, I got ghosted and never heard back, even after sending a follow-up email. I wouldn't apply or recommend this company based on this experience.
I applied through the website. The first interview was a 30-minute phone call with HR to go over my background and the job. Then, I had an hour-long interview with the product owners, mostly a chat about past technologies and some behavioral questions. My HR person was pretty bad, sometimes only giving 10-12 hours notice for the next interview and not being flexible with scheduling. The third round was a 1-hour video call with the principal engineer. It was super awkward; he was condescending and tried to embarrass me a few times, even eating peanuts while I was talking. After that, I got a link for a 4-hour coding test with mostly Leetcode-style problems.
First, there was a personality test, then a recorded video interview with two questions. They were slow to respond. That's all.
