Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was an online quiz. After that, I had two in-person interviews. The first one was with the head of sales for the state and an HR person. The second interview was with the head of sales for the city and an HR intern.

I talked to recruiters at my school's career fair, which then meant I had to apply online. After applying, I had to take a competency quiz and also an open-ended behavioral quiz. About two weeks later, I had a video interview that lasted an hour with two HR people. Then, I was invited to a 'Super Day' in New York for a final panel interview with five other candidates and five or six executives I hadn't met before. It was pretty tough sharing the thirty minutes with the other candidates, and the questions were pretty rigorous.

Applied online through university. After the initial Skype interview, there was a delay in getting back to me, but the final decisions were communicated the day after the last panel interview.
