Candidate-reported interview process

The interview completely caught me off guard. It's all scenario and behavioral based, and they actually record your responses. So far, I've had two interviews: the first was with the direct co-managers, and the second was with senior management.

The interview was pretty formal, with set questions they'd ask. The two people interviewing me took turns reading from a booklet, and they wrote down everything I said.

The hiring process starts with online quizzes. The first one is simply trying to access your work ethic and other boring stuff. The second one is more of math quizzes and a matching parts game to play.
