We started with a quick async chat for intros, then I had a Skype call with two marketing trainees. The last interview was in NYC with some marketing directors, and it was a panel of 5 of us interviewing with 2 people. The first ones were mostly behavioral, but the panel really tested how I handle pressure.
First, I had to pass a social media test, which involved some writing and took a while, and a logic test that was like LSAT questions. Then, there was a video interview with two people. Finally, I flew to the NY HQ for a panel interview with about 4 or 5 students and 3 or 4 employees, where we had to comment on each other's answers.
The first interview was a quick 30-minute behavioral chat to see if you're a good fit for the company culture. The second interview was a 45-minute on-site panel discussion, more like a conversation, to see how you handle interacting with upper management, deal with pressure, and think on your feet.
