Anheuser-Busch Manager interviews, decoded.

The interview was pretty straightforward. I initially scheduled a video interview, but it didn't work out, so we ended up having a phone interview instead. It went for about 30 to 45 minutes and mostly involved behavioral questions.

I applied through campus recruiting. There were 2 initial tests: cultural and logical reasonings. I passed and moved on to an individual business case. This part involved reading a case for 40 minutes, followed by a 7-minute presentation of my solution and then an 8-minute Q&A.

It was a pretty frustrating interview process. I did a bunch of tests: two personality tests, a chart reading test, a reading comprehension test, and a function processes test. I got emails saying I passed the tests and to look out for the next steps. But then three weeks later, they emailed me saying they were moving on with other candidates. It didn't make much sense since I didn't do any more tests and passed everything they gave me. I think the whole process could have been clearer and smoother.
