I applied online and got two automated emails for online tests. The first test took about an hour. Then, another automated email said I might move on to another online test with 100 questions. That took an hour and a half. Shortly after, I got a rejection email, again automated. It feels like a waste of time because the process is too long and they don't even review answers personally, just use machines.
We do a virtual interview first on Zoom. Then, if you're aiming for the development program, there's a final panel interview in person.
I had a standard phone screening with Anheuser that was about 30 minutes of conversation. It was pretty chill and relaxed. The only issue was what came after. The management at Anheuser is not great. They tend to blame their employees and try to pit them against each other. I've heard of performance metrics, but this is crazy. So, the interview itself wasn't too bad, but I would be concerned about how management treats people.
