Candidate-reported interview process

I met recruiters at my school's career fair and signed in at the booth before applying online. I got a notification for a first round interview on campus. There's a lengthy personality fit test online before the interview. The first round is a case interview where I'd have 30 minutes in a room to prep and then present my solution to a panel. If I pass the case, the behavioral interview is the next day.

I applied online to their BTP program and completed some online assessments that took a while. Then, at the showcase, I met some engineers and HR recruiters from the company at my school. I spoke with them during the showcase and also attended their info session afterwards. I was surprisingly invited to interview with them via video chat.

I had an in-person interview with two people. It was pretty straightforward and felt like a relaxed conversation. They asked about my experience and why I wanted the role. They also inquired about their 10 guiding principles and how I would fit with them.
