Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and then had a 15 min culture fit test. After passing that, I had to take a 1.5 hour aptitude test, but I didn't pass that one.

I met with the hiring manager, a peer, and some managers from other departments. We also went out to lunch with a peer to chat more informally about the company culture and my interests.

Talked to recruiters at the University career fair. Got invited to a Skype interview. Then, I had an onsite tour and interview with many different company representatives.
