The interview is quite relaxed. There are 3 stages: a recruiter call, a psychological evaluation, and an interview with the manager. Depending on the role, English proficiency is a plus but not required. Research the company and be prepared to talk about yourself and your expertise.
We started with a group activity where we had to present a case study they provided. After that, there was an interview with the managers who were interested in you. All the steps are very relaxed, and the professionals always try to make you feel comfortable.
