Candidate-reported interview process

Its like a quick fire round where they will question you on all the subjects you learned during your engineering, like IC engines, thermodynamics, and so on. This whole process takes about a week. You also have to take an online test before the interview.

the process comprises of an online technical test followed by an online psychometry test. You need to pass both of them to be eligible for the interview. Technical test had basic questions from the Marine Engineering subjects and aptitude. Kindly take psychometry test seriously as AESM takes it as a judgement parameter.

The interview was entirely technical and felt like a rapid-fire session. Questions came one after another, mostly focusing on Internal Combustion Engine and Turbines & Pumps. Overall, it was a good interview experience!
